Welcome to the Bank of Scotland Glasgow Golf Club

About Our Club

The Bank of Scotland Glasgow Golf Club was founded in 1909 and is still going strong to this day.  The club is diverse with current and retired members and we also have associate members who form an important part of the club. Associate members are those who have opted to leave Lloyds Banking Group but continue to want to play in our events.

We continue to seek new members and would welcome anyone, from any part of Lloyds Banking Group, interested in joining to get in touch. Throughout the year we have outings to courses which anyone can be a part of and also run singles and foursomes knockout competitions. In recent years outings have included courses such as The Glasgow Golf Club, Western Gailes, St Andrews Eden Course, Dumbarnie and Turnberry as well as a number of other top courses both local to Glasgow and further afield. You can also represent the club in various team competitions which are held on different courses during the season and we encourage everyone to put their names forward for these.

Annually in February we invite all members to our annual AGM and presentation of prizes where we reflect on the previous year, award prizes for the season outing winners and look forward to the season ahead.

Anyone wishing to join the club both male and female, who works in or has worked in Lloyds Banking Group should contact one of the committee members noted below who would be happy to discuss the way forward with you, you will be most welcome.

Membership for the season is only £30 and this enables you to join our club and be part of the fantastic outings and events whilst enjoying golf and making new friends along the way.

Our outings for full and retired members are subsidised by Lloyds Banking Group and this means you get to play these courses at a reduced rate.

If you have any questions regarding membership of our club our committee would be happy to answer them.
