On Sunday April 29th our team members representing the Glasgow Club took part in our annual match against the 
Edinburgh club. The match was played in great sunny weather at East Renfrewshire Golf Club over 36 holes and everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed the day. The club also looked after us very well.
In very close run matches for both the scratch team and our handicap team we unfortunately left the day without a trophy. The finals scores being;
Scratch Match : Glasgow 5 1/2 – Edinburgh 6 1/2
Stan Stevenson Trophy match : Glasgow 5 – Edinburgh 7

I would like to thank all players for representing the club on Sunday. It is never great not to win however it is great to represent our club and I would encourage anyone to put their name forward next year.
Castle Course Outing – August 27th 2018
The deadline for applying for this was May 4th however this outing is now fully subscribed. Any players wishing to apply for the outing should do so and will be placed on a reserve list. If we have enough on the reserve list we will apply to the Castle Course for additional tee times. So if you still want to play please apply via the website.
This outing will cost £55 for all members and is for golf only.
