We had a fantastic outing at Glasgow Gailes on Good Friday which was very well supported, as usual, by our members. We had 36 golfers on the day and I’m sure all in attendance would agree that the course was in superb condition. I think we will be hard pushed to find greens as true as that all season! The weather was particularly kind to us with it remaining dry throughout the day. It was a great start to our 2017 season and many thanks to everyone who attended.

I’d also like to thank Graham Scott for organising the outing with the club and I know Graham will pass on the thanks of the Club to all at Glasgow Gailes for their first class hospitality on the day.

Finally, on behalf of all the members I’d like to give a special thanks to Ken Hunter for generously buying the first round of drinks for all players! Cheers Ken!
