Pollock Golf Club
The Captain and Committee are delighted to confirm that our 20th June 2018 Summer Evening Outing takes place at Pollok Golf Club where we will play for The Summer Cup. This outing is a Stableford Competition and will also count towards the Race to West Kilbride. There will also be a nearest the pin and longest drive competition as part of the outing.
The cost of this outing is £30 for Members and £40 for Associate Members. This cost includes soup and sandwiches prior to your round of golf and tee times will start around 4:30pm.
I’m sure that you will agree that this is a fantastic deal for a great course that is right on our doorstep.

Gleneagles Results
We played our 2nd Outing of the Season over the Kings Course at Gleneagles on Monday 7th May.
33 members enjoyed a fantastic day of sunny weather, excellent course conditions and the great company of fellow BoS Glasgow Golf Club Members.
The joint Event with the Edinburgh and Dundee Clubs was a great success and the consensus amongst those I spoke with was extremely positive. We are currently working on the same event at Gleneagles for next year again. Thanks to Iain Morrison for co-ordinating the event and the arrangements on behalf of our Club.

In 1st place after playing the best round of his life, the winner of the John Chisholm Quaich was Iain Morrison with a fantastic 42 points.
2nd place, with 35 points, Gary Hayhoe.
3rd place, with 34 points (BIH), Colin Grant.
All the scores will be posted on the site shortly and added to the Race to West Kilbride running total.
